Nugu is in development. This site lets you join the early list so we can tell you when there's something to listen to. By signing up or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Signing up doesn't guarantee access to the app or a specific launch date. We'll do our best to keep you in the loop and to invite people in as we're ready.

You agree to give us accurate information. The information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy page.

Please don't:

• Submit fake signups or someone else's contact info without permission.
• Try to break, scrape, or overload the site.
• Use the site to do anything illegal.

The Nugu name, logo, copy, and design on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them or use them to imply we've endorsed something we haven't.

The site is provided as-is while we build. We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any feature shown here will ship.

To the extent allowed by law, Nugu isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using this site or the beta list.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
